Our apps do not collect any personal data however, we support our operations using various advertising platforms that may collect data to enhance the advertising experience by showing ads that are relevant to the user. We do not collect any personally identifying information from our users and have no access to personally identifying information collected by third party tools used in the operation of our apps.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Grillsy Games\u00a0does not collect any personal information regarding login, passwords, your personal identity, social network accounts, or your email address. The mobile device unique identifier, or UDID, may be collected to track advertising information but is not associated with any individual or used to identify or track you in any way.\u00a0 App Store platforms may request your permission to utilize this type of tracking. We only use Google and Apple approved advertising networks.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Transaction identifiers may be tracked for the purpose of completing in-app\u00a0purchases. All in-app purchases in our apps are handled by the Google Play store or Apple App Store. We do not process any financial transactions. If you believe your Child has made an unauthorized purchase, please contact the appropriate app store for a refund.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally, Grillsy Games\u00a0may acquire information from you through:<\/span><\/p>\n

1) The contents of your Customer Support request; or<\/span><\/p>\n

2) Your purchase of a virtual product of any type via in-app purchases.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note that because a third-party site manages the purchases of virtual goods offered by the Service, Grillsy Games\u00a0does not have access to your credit card details or billing information and does not store such information.<\/span><\/p>\n

Privacy Regarding Children<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We do not knowingly collect any information from Children without the consent of their parent or guardian. Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from Children. You can contact us at grillsygames@gmail.com<\/a> if you believe your child has provided us with personal information and we will make a reasonable attempt to delete any such information.\u00a0This is also relevant if the age of legal majority where you reside has an older age of majority. Grillsy Games Inc. may collect non-personal information about your use of its Service both in the course of game play and software usage. Game Services or “leaderboards”\u00a0may be used to record game play information such as your game session duration or your high scores and associated with your accounts with the Play Store or Apple app store. This information is not tracked by Grillsy Games\u00a0or shared in any way and is in not directly managed by Grillsy Games.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to information collected as described above, you may choose to share additional information about yourself throughout the Service, such as on message boards and in games. Any actions you perform with other players are considered public, and are in your sole discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n

Grillsy Games uses your information to fulfill your specific requests, purchase orders and to send you purchase confirmation and other account-related information. However, Grillsy Games\u00a0stores no information on customers not previously described and does not collect or track customer emails or any other contact information. Grillsy Games\u00a0will not send you any information other than to respond to customer support inquiries.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
